T.A.C.T. Knoxville was founded by Alan Terry who is a resident of East Tennessee. He has long history in the service industry. Alan raised two sons and after they moved out he made the decision to start T.A.C.T. in East Tennessee. He and his wife both work in the cleaning industry and are active members of their community.
